Here at Daisie we uphold a strict policy against different forms of abusive behaviour. This includes hate, violence, underage children, hacking or impersonating accounts, spam and any other behaviour that we deem to be negatively targeting another person physically or emotionally. Please remember to consider the artistic, educational, challenging or even scientific context attached to such content or comments before proceeding to a report.
If you encounter another user who is not conducting in accordance with our COMMUNITY GUIDELINES you can report it as follows:
REPORT CONTENT OR COMMENT:
Reports can be made at any time once content is posted or comments made on Daisie. Our team will review it and take the action we deem necessary at our sole discretion. If our review team finds no violation, independent of the number of reports, the content or comment shall remain on Daisie.
If you believe that your content was incorrectly deleted, please contact the content uploader related to your comment and ask him/her to not delete the comment, then post it again.
REPORT A USER:
If you want to report a user or an account, you can use the report 3 dots button which is located in at the top right of a user’s profile. Our support team will review the situation and take relevant action at our sole discretion.
In the case of a hacked account, you can also submit a report to email@example.com and we will have a team investigate accordingly.
You are entitled to report any content, comments or users in accordance with our COMMUNITY GUIDELINES and upon, but not limited to, the following reasons:
Your account is personal to you. If your account has been fraudulently accessed or stolen from you, you can report it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may ask you for further information in order to double check your identity in relation to the account.
If you think that you have been portrayed by another user in a confusing or deceptive manner, you can report the user to Daisie.
As described in our Community Guidelines, Daisie does not welcome violence against, threats, or harassment towards other people. Please report any account, content or comment that abuses or threatens others through their profile information, content or activity. Any violent threat, comment or multiple slurs, racist or sexist comments will be permanently removed from Daisie and the user making them may be suspended or banned.
You can report any intimate information, image or video of a user displayed on Daisie, if they were produced or distributed without his/her consent.
The promotion of suicide or self-harm is strictly prohibited on Daisie. If you see any account, content or comment indicating that someone might harm himself or herself, you can report it to us at email@example.com.
Specific threats of violence, serious physical harm, death, or disease to an individual or towards a group of people are violating our Community Guidelines. We prohibit certain types of content that glorify violence or the perpetrators of a violent act. This could include for instance the celebration of any violent act in a manner that may inspire others to replicate it or any violence where people were targeted because of their membership in a protected group. If you encounter such content or comments, report them to us. We may require such offending content to be removed and repeated violations may result in the user’s account permanent suspension.
Sensitive content includes forms of graphic gore related to death, serious injury, violence or pornography. Such content is prohibited on Daisie. Hateful imagery such as logos, symbols, or images that intends to promote hostility and malice against others based on their race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or ethnicity/national origin are not allowed on Daisie. Thus, you may report user accounts, content or comments related to the above.
The Daisie platform is not designed for spam or unwanted messages. You can report bulk or aggressive activity meant to manipulate or disrupt Daisie services and/or the experience of users on Daisie.
If you encounter content or accounts related to child exploitation, please report it to us. Any content that sexually exploits children for any reason can be criminal. If you ever face this kind of content on Daisie, do not share it or comment on it and report it immediately.
Exposed private information:
The disclosure of personal information (such as specific location, financial information, national identity number or else) is not acceptable on Daisie. Therefore if such information is displayed, please report it to us. If this information is being shared to harass or incite harassment, then you should report to us and we will act on it accordingly.
If you are in danger:
IF YOU FEEL YOU’RE IN IMMEDIATE PHYSICAL DANGER OR ARE SEEING ACTIVE ABUSE DIRECTED AT YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY RIGHT AWAY.
